The KDE250 incorporates a new design that optimizes two distinct transducers for each ear. Featuring Dual Element Technology, the KDE250 increases efficiencies in both high and low frequencies creating unsurpassed sound for high quality precision listening.
The first custom clip of its kind in the industry, the KDE250 is “the ultimate in portable personal listening,” according to Michael J. Koss, President and C.E.O., Koss Corporation.
Each transducer is specially tuned to create a unique Sound of Koss listening experience. A side-firing transducer that measures 13mm produces crisp, clean sound focused on mid and high frequencies, while the second and larger 20mm element provides high impact bass that brings music back to life.
The KDE250 is specially engineered for a custom fit. Multiple design elements allow personalized adjustments to guarantee fit and comfort. First, the side-firing transducer can be adjusted to form a precise angle of attack to accommodate the listener’s ear. Secondly, the metal ear clips can be adjusted by turning the Custom Comfort dial. Additional ear clip lengths in small, medium, and large are provided to ensure a tailored fit.
The result of the KDE250’s Dual Element Technology combined with the flexibility to make personalized adjustments is a breakthrough in fit and acoustic performance.
For the music lover on the go, KDE250 comes complete with a protective soft leather case with a customized inner tray that securely cradles each ear piece. The high performing KDE250 has an extended frequency response of 40-20,000 Hz and a suggested retail price of $249.95.
